The minor update PhpStorm 2020.2.2 is now available for download!

The most important changes from the PHP side include:

• Fixed: No tests executed (PHPStorm 2020.2) when running PHPUnit tests with WSL interpreter
• Fixed: Exception is thrown on editing code and warnings are stuck
• Fixed: Custom inspection severities not rendering correctly in 2020.1
• Fixed: No auto-completion for double underscore functions

From the platform side, the update brings the following features and bugfixes:

• Fixed: For remotes with github.com GitHub account is not used, regular Git login is requested
• Fixed: template with angular ng-options reports errors for valid syntax for (angular 1.6.X)

Fixes included in this build:

• We fixed a problem that prompted the GitHub login dialog when users tried to update a project from or push changes to GitHub.
• We fixed an issue with Windows Defender that used to raise a message “Windows Defender might impact performance” even when the directories were already listed in the Windows Defender exclusions list.
